I would like to personally thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my Papa's funeral. My whole family is very appreciative and we couldn't have asked for a better service for my grandfather. You truly were a blessing for our family and we are so greatful. Even a week later, we are still talking about what a wonderful, kind, compassionate, warm person you are. We still can't believe that you didn't know my grandpa. Again, I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. If I could I would give you another hug:) Sincerely, Melissa

As a person that has endured several challenges both mentally and physically in my life, I have found Bridget's support indispensable. When I needed comfort. she comforted. When I nceded faith, she encouraged. When I needed hope. she inspired.
She has been a godsend in my life on all these levels and more. It is always~ a blessing when 1 hear from her, because no matter how my day is going, I am assured it will always get better .
I had a very troubling time with my marriage. which didn't last long. but
produced my daughter. for which I will always be thankful. Unfortunately, we couldn't overcome the problems and conflicts in our very different personalities. It was a very difficult time for me, but I always knew that I could count on Bridgct's support to get me through. In addition. I have been challenged with some physical conditions which resulted in multiple surgeries, which we all know are never easy to deal with. Once again, I could count on Bridget to renew my faith that the outcomes would always be for the positive.
I would not call myself an extremely religious person, but have always
maintained a belief in the Holy Spirit. This has not been an easy thing to do with the challenges I have faced. but has been kept alive through the always supportive words that I can count on from Bridget.
It is my personal belief that knowing Bridget, and/or being in her counsel. would be a tremendous benefit to anyone she interacts with.

Letters to the Editor

Bridget is a special angel sent from above
To the Editor:
This letter is written with greatest respect to a very special lady, dear friend, and soul-mate to my late wife Sharon Stierns. Bridget entered our lives last June after we learned that my wife’s cancers had returned even after two surgeries. From the moment Sharon and Bridget met it was magical. The Lord sent this unselfish, giving, and caring angel with a great sense of humor and a hearty laugh to be at our sides in our time of despair. Bridget was there for Sharon at the Cloquet hospital, at home, a number of times at St. Luke’s hospital, and at the Sunny Side Health Care during the last month. Bridget would often tell us to call her at any hour of the day if we should need her, and meant it! To see my wife’s face light up when she would walk into the room was more than we could ask for in her final months.
Bridget who has the drive of three people despite her own illnesses, volunteers at the Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home for those who have need of a chaplain. And to Scott her husband who supports this Irish ball of fire in her devotion to our family and others like us. So we pray that the Lord and all the Irish saints watch over you Bridget and Scott Strudwick and keep you safe.
Forever grateful and with love,
Daniel & Melinda Stierns
